Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare event that you're not fully satisfied with your order, Northern Sole would be happy to refund you fully for your order. 


PLEASE remember that before sending any socks back to us that we need to know to expect them! 

Return for Refund:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, we want the chance to make it right. We are happy to accept returns within 90 days from the date of your purchase. If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, we ask that they be in new condition (ie: unworn and tags are still attached).

Defective Replacement:

If we sent you an item with a defect such as a snag, tear, or hole we want the chance to send you a replacement that you will love. If you have had our product for a few weeks, washed and worn them a few times and notice premature wear we are happy to replace those as well. We don’t want anything sent back to us that has been worn or washed as our only option is to dispose of them when they arrive (and getting back dirty socks is kinda gross). If we determine that you qualify for an exchange, you are welcome to keep the item you are exchanging. Maybe you can work some magic and re-purpose them into arm warmers, kitten sweaters...the sky is the limit! We know you’re a creative bunch so while you get crazy with those we’ll send you a fresh pair of socks to stroll about town in.


Exchanges are always welcome. We want you to be happy with your purchase so we’re happy to assist with an exchange within 90 days of purchase if you receive something and they aren’t quite what you were hoping for!

Gift Exchange:

If you received one of our products as a gift but are unhappy with them for any reason, we offer the option to exchange them for something you'll love even more. We just ask that if you receive a gifted pair of socks that you’re not completely satisfied with that you get in contact and ship the items back to us within 90 days of receiving the item as a gift.

Past the 90 Day return window:

We totally understand that life gets busy. Please do not hesitate to contact us using our return form. We will not be able to give a refund for your order but there still may be something we can do.
